Kate Frerking is currently a second-year student at the University of Missouri School of Law. She graduated from Auburn University in 2017 with a degree in Marketing and Information Systems. She played on the women’s basketball team for 4 years at Auburn, and upon graduation, played professional basketball in Europe for a team based out of Northern Sweden. Frerking spent the past five years working as the Recruiting Coordinator for the women’s basketball team here at Mizzou, and began law school in the fall of 2021. She has continued to work full-time for the women’s basketball team while in law school which has been a rewarding, albeit challenging, experience.

Frerking is excited to learn more about Veteran’s Law this semester and is really looking forwarding to interacting with, assisting and                                                                      advocating on behalf of the Clinic’s clients!
