PANELISTS
  • Rebecca Webster: Rebecca “Beck” Webster is a decision-writing attorney at the Board of Veterans Appeals. In addition, they are a current member of the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims Bar Association. The majority of their legal career has been spent serving Veterans. They began serving Veteran clients in the Veterans and Service Members Clinic at Penn State Law. They have interned at The Veterans Consortium Pro Bono Program and VA’s Court of Appeals for Veterans claims. Following law school, they worked as a Court Team Attorney at Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick, representing Veterans before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.  They are grateful for the opportunity to speak about the wild and wonderful world of Veterans Benefits Law.  The views and opinions expressed are the panelist’s own and do not represent the views of the Department of Veterans Affairs or the United States. The panelist is speaking in a personal capacity only.
  • Joseph Robinson: Joseph Robinson joined CCK in September 2022 as an Associate Attorney. His practice focuses on representing disabled veterans before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Joseph earned a B.A. in History and Political Science, summa cum laude from Iona University in 2018. He earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 2022. During law school, Joseph was a defender in the Criminal Law clinic, and interned with the Massachusetts public defender agency in their civil commitment defense unit. He also clerked for a civil litigation firm that represents whistleblowers. Joseph was a member of First Generation Professionals and the Public Interest Project. In his free time, Joseph enjoys reading poetry, walking, playing basketball, and following the New York Giants and Manchester City F.C.
  • Paige Ingram: Paige was born and raised in Sacramento, CA and is a proud fan of the Sacramento Kings. Paige spent most of her childhood outside—skiing, snowboarding, swimming, playing soccer, and trying to beat her older brother at basketball. She was an avid reader and extremely inquisitive, driving her parents nuts with endless questions in the era before Google. As the third of four children, Paige was a born negotiator. Growing up, Paige developed a passion for history, law, and debate. In fact, after watching Remember the Titans at 9 years old, Paige’s heart was set on attending Gettysburg College. 13 years later, she graduated cum laude from Gettysburg with a bachelor’s in political philosophy and history. She then received her master’s degree in Global Defense, Development, and Diplomacy from Durham University in the United Kingdom. Before writing her dissertation, she spent several weeks in Kenya researching the development of extremist organizations. While in Kenya, Paige saw all kinds of wildlife, including lions, baboons, giraffes, and zebras, and was lucky enough to come face to face with a couple hippopotamuses and live to tell about it. After returning from abroad, Paige attended Syracuse University College of law. Prior to joining Gang & Associates, Paige worked as an appellate attorney for Chisholm, Chisholm & Kilpatrick. Her practice involved representing disabled veterans before the US Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Paige spends her free time with her family and pets, and enjoys watching her favorite sports teams, playing Trivia (thanks to all the Googling), and reading. During law school, Paige spent a semester and two summers working for US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) within the Department of Homeland Security. She also volunteered as a student attorney with the Wohl Family Veteran’s Legal Clinic, where she officially began her career as an advocate for disabled veterans. As the daughter of a Vietnam War veteran, Paige has always held the upmost respect for our nation’s veterans, inspiring her commitment to assist veterans worldwide.
