The Mizzou Law Veterans Clinic, through its rural outreach program Tigers for Troops, will provide free legal consultations for Veterans seeking assistance with Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) disability compensation claims, military discharge upgrades, and VA healthcare. The consultations will take place at Immanuel Lutheran Church, located at 801 W. 11th Street, Rolla, Missouri 65409 on Thursday, February 12, 2026.
Veterans may register for an appointment online here or by calling the Veterans Clinic at (573) 882-3989. Advance registration is required to guarantee appointment availability.
The Veterans Clinic is based at the University of Missouri School of Law. Under the supervision of experienced attorneys, law students assist Veterans at no cost with their claims and appeals before the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Since its founding in 2014, the Veterans Clinic has secured more than $21 million in VA disability benefits for Veterans in Missouri and has assisted over 2,100 Veterans statewide. Through the Tigers for Troops program, the Clinic has conducted outreach in nearly every county in Missouri, ensuring that rural and underserved Veterans have access to high-quality legal assistance.
