The University of Missouri School of Law Veterans Clinic, through its Tigers for Troops program, will offer free legal consultations regarding United States Department of Veterans Affairs (“VA”) disability compensation, discharge upgrades, and VA healthcare at the University of Missouri Extension Office – Buchanan County, 4125 Mitchell Avenue, St. Joseph, MO, Thurs.
