The University of Missouri School of Law Veterans Clinic, through its Tigers for Troops program, will offer free legal consultations regarding United States Department of Veterans Affairs (“VA”) disability compensation, discharge upgrades, and VA healthcare at the Eminence R-1 High School in Shannon County, 505 South 6th Street, Eminence, MO 65466, Fri.
