My name is Ryan Rahoy, and after seven years at the University of Missouri, I can say I truly bleed black and gold. A St. Louis native, I stayed in Columbia after my undergraduate studies in Business Management and Political Science to pursue my J.D. at Mizzou Law. After I graduate, I am headed back to St. Louis to begin my career at Brown & James, focusing on personal injury defense. My time with the Veterans Clinic has been the highlight of my law school career as it offers a rare bridge between academics and the chance to make a real difference in a client’s life. The practical experience is amazing, however, it truly feels good to be doing something while in school that makes a difference in someone’s life. I am grateful to experience this opportunity with the Veterans Clinic and I could not recommend it more to those seeking a different experience while in school.
